This is almost fair. But it is still not. Luka has better AWARENESS. Luka sees much better where all other players are on the court, what they are doing, what position they are in, etc. That IS related to Luka's size, but it is not just about the size. Kyrie is purer and better baller, as it was noted by tap2390 above. But when Kyrie isos, which he does very well, he is much less aware of others around him.
