You have to upload a picture of your face to get it started...but once it accepts it, you can pretty much customize it the way you want, ears, nose, hair, hair color, mouth, facial hair, body type, glasses, facial abnormalities.
It's pretty funny, but it's a bitch to get it to accept the photo.
