I've always thought it is a rule of thumb to draft BPA in the 2nd round. You can always trade that player if he blossoms into something or trade one of the other players at the same position that might have more trade value.
Not saying Brunson will necessarily be the best player but they probably thought so at the draft. One thing I like about drafting Brunson is that he is a Rick type of player that will get plenty of opportunity.
