I want to believe in this story.

HS - one of the top passers/playmakers in high school
2014-2016 - young no one believed in, but he kept working
2016-2020 - Nets let him play his game he kills it. Averaged 20-7-4 before the ACL
2020-2021 - recovering
2021-2022 - Wizards were a train wreck. Came in with almost no prep when he got to Dallas. Still in his first year since returning from ACL
2022-2023 - SD: fully healthy (often its the second year after recovery that guys get to 100%) Mavs: do what you do best
