The author of the series that I was reading died a couple of years ago. On his prolonged death bed, he was able to relay what was supposed to happen in the final three books. The first of those comes out very soon. The first 10-11 books or so have been absolutely great.
Anyways, It'll be interesting to see how the fill in writer works out. I don't know if he can match the product that Robert Jordan had put out already, but I'm still excited to see.
