Update.
In light of Hatcher's likely departure (wimper), the trade talk has stopped since the whole point to trying to move Guerin, Turg, etc was to clear up $$$ for Hatch. The Stars
made qualifying offers to all their restricted free agents, including Kapanen, Turco, & Matvichuk (dammit), & will definitely keep Aaron Downey of Bourlerice-Knock-Out fame next year. There's also a rumor that they are having second thoughts about Dahlen & may decide to make him an offer after all (please yes). All in all, good news for once on the hockey front.
