One of the sign and trades that works is Noel and Burks and maybe a protected pick for Brunson.
It's not great, but I don't hate it. Noel fills in that bruiser/traditional center role and Burks is a nice gap filler until Hardy develops. Burks averages 12 ppg on 40% shooting, so that's not terrible. He's also a pretty good rebounder at 5 a game.
