It's four if you count the matchup--for me, all three top seeds are equally tough matchups, so I don't care much.
My third one was that it helps prevent the Spurs from having HCA throughout the playoffs. (Tenuous, I know, but living where I do, the second most important thing to me besides the Mavs winning championships is the Spurs not winning championships.  )
