It’s bullshit how inconsistent refs are and it’s bullshit that Kidd couldn’t challenge the five non-calls because you can only challenge actual calls.
I know it’s moot since we wrecked them by 50, but NBA has a real problem with consistency, making right calls, and allowing players to show emotion. Fouled once across the right arm and waist on reach in. Fouled again on the left shoulder. Then undercut where his left foot was clearly clipped and maybe on His lower back. Idc about the other techs, you can't expect to blow 3 consecutive fouls in a 3 second span right in front of you and the player not have a problem with it. If that player isn't making gestures or cursing over the top, then it's not a tech. If the league has any integrity they will admit there were blown calls and rescind the tech.
On the same note, if my star has 15 techs, as a coach or teammate I'm pulling Luka away and bitching about it myself.
It's laughable that a ref wouldn't call blatant obvious fouls because a team is getting their asses blasted. It's sad if he really didn't see any of them.
Im all for blaming Luka for getting some of the techs he has gotten but ffs this isn't one of them.
