This is by no stretch of the imagination a no-brainer... Dirk is younger, far more proficient offensively, and is only going to get better. Garnett has peaked. Garnett may be an all-around better player, but I don't think the gap between them is very large, and I could actually see Dirk closing that gap completely next season. I'm not saying that it would be a bad move, but to call it a "no-brainer" is utterly ridiculous. Even so, why the
