and yeah he's grabbing 10+ boards a game, but he damned well outta be grabbing some boards given the number of opportunities vis a vis the rate the mavs are missing shots and the fact that he's like 9 inches taller than the biggest GS Warrior on the court.
I agree that the coaching in this series has been suspect -- whatever the f the mavs were doing offensively at the end of the 4th Sunday night it needs to change.
still...dirk hasn't been at his best, and it's fair to say that right now he looks alot more like a nice player on a nice team than the league's MVP.

I agree that Dirk's not at his best. However, there's a big difference between playing at an All-Star level and playing mediocre ball. Right now, Dirk's playing at about an All-Star level. No, it's not where he needs to be, but some of the dumbshits on the board act as if he just hasn't shown up.
