I think trading JHo to get a young and talented Center is a pretty good deal (as Otis keeps telling the media... they are hard to find). Also, Bell makes sense as a starting 2 with JET coming off the bench. Jazz can move AK to the 4 (if they don't re-sign Millsap) and get a legitimate 3 in JHo + they waive Williams to save salary. Charlotte gets the PF they've been searching for and a shooter in Korver. You've still got the Buck Shot and the Dust Chip to make future moves.
