Dallas is the first team that poppped into his mind when he thought about making visits to other teams. When asked about how interested he was in playing in Dallas, he responded "Very Interested". He said he just wanted to play basketball somewhere, but coming back to Texas has a very big upside so his mom can watch him play.
When asked what he could bring to the Mavericks, he said he could do anything asked of him ... including rebounding and defense. Mark chimed in that he's a better defender than people give him credit for.
He hasn't ruled out Seattle yet, and he said he'll meet with his agent when he gets back from Dallas to see if there are any other teams worth a visit.
Mark showed him the custom team plane and evidently has been rolling out the red carpet for him.
Greg Williams and Mike Rhyner were pitching Dallas to him too, and said Mark's middle name is "Max". They also were on location at some event, and there were people there cheering him on.
