The Mavs used to travel all over the region to paly exhibition games. I saw a couple of games in Waco, but I don't know about OKC. It's possible though.

FWIW, I was on the coast this weekend and the buzz was that the Hornets going to OKC was a done deal. The blackout rules and all will be interesting to see how they play out. I would imagine that the NBA would impose the restrictions. However, I can see them them relaxing them as well since this is such an odd situation and the league wants this team to build support. The Hornets may never play another game in New Orleans again.
