Odom needs a STRUCTURE and not playing time. This guy should not be put in ISO situations, somewhere at the 3pt line. He needs OPEN LOOKS, and some easy baskets. Odom is versatile, but he is not Lebron James. This guy needs some help on offense,... and more playing time of course.
