Forget all the other numbers, you don't get Monta for rebounds/steals. You get him to score and attack the cup. His ability to break down his man, draw a 2nd guy is a huge threat for the Mavs, defensively it becomes a pick your poison, leave Marion, Dirk or Jose? Just the threat is enough to create easy offense for others.
