The Mavs under Avery were at one point winning with Terry, Howard, Stack, Harris, and even Diop in addition to Dirk. You don't get to the finals or to 67 wins without winning as a team. It's just that when the wheels came off, they really came off, but at that point, they weren't winning with Dirk, either.
Just say no to scapegoating.
