OK, i donĀ“t want to weigh in as a smart ass from germany who knows everything and everything better. I know, it can be difficult to keep the house warm in winter and to keep it cool during the summer, but 9-12 Ct. is not too much. High bills are not a guvmental problem. The price for making electricity mainly depends on the price for oil and gas and those were soaring during last years. 36000 kw per year is a big number.
