In the entire rustbelt the election committes asked to change the laws so they are able to pre-process the mail-ins (like they are doing in Ohio, Florida etc). GOP legislations denied it in WI/MI/P. Days before the election Trump spreads everywhere that the winner is the one who is leading at election night.
