Barea (but only if he's a bench player)
Hollins

MAYBE:
Josh (but trade him if you can get something good for him)
Wright (but only if he's coming off the bench as a defensive stopper/irritator)
Kidd (but only if you absolutely can't find a way to either get younger or better)
Singleton

GET THEM OUT OF HERE:
Damp (The Mavs have never had a good center. Maybe try that for a change?)
JET (love him, 6th man, but useless in the playoffs over and over. Enough)
Everyone else.

MUST GET:
A center who can score.
A young point guard who can score, distribute, and develop.
Players with toughness, athelicism, and attitude.

WOULD BE NICE:
A dependable shooting guard.
