If you like piss poor quality, horrible resolution and constant delays/screen freezes, sure, then there are enough options.
League pass is actually a pretty good service, especially the international offers. Just get a VPN/Proxy and there are no blocked games at all. Last year I paid like 70€ for the entire regular season and playoffs, live and on demand (great thing if games usually take place at 2-5AM). Cant complain.
