Where do you live? They should only block:
1) nationally televised games (ESPN, TNT, ABC, NBATV) and
2) locally televised games in your area (my local area is Phoenix, so I don't get to see the Suns/Mavs games without a proxy).
If they really are blocking all of those, you could have an issue with the service that can be fixed. If not, you have a class action lawsuit.
