I believe it is a team option for 2010-2011 on Damp. By then, his pay will be ~13mil. However, this site

From what I remember, Damps contract is strongly performance based, like All Star games, games payed, minutes played, points, and championships/team success. I believe he needs some combination of specific stats to have a guaranteed year in 2010-2011.
