Inside Llewyn Davis - I knew this would be right up my alley. I still need to see it again, because it is a slow burner of a movie. Very subtle in what it has to say, and a lot of people who see it will pretty much miss it entirely.
Lee Daniels' The Butler - Quite possibly the opposite of Inside Llewyn Davis. Hits you over the head with a hammer to tell you what it has to say. It would have theoretically been right up my alley, but I found it difficult to deal with considering the lack of subtlety or real texture to it. Plus the presidents. Ugh, the presidents.
Lego Movie - Everything is awesome, pretty much.
