Agree with you in Lego movie. It was way hyped, and ultimately was just OK.
The visuals were amazing - everything, down to single water drops, was made from Legos. But the story was just Meh, and only got a few real laughs from me. I don't regret seeing it by any means, but certainly did not live up to the hype.
