Yep that?s his whole thing. Buy low get good deals and hope they pan out. Never pay market price unless it?s a bonafide star which is why there?s always a talent gap on the roster.
Treats the roster like his personal business which it is, but you can?t use those same business tactics if you are trying to sustain being a good team. It?s been up and down since 2011 and I don?t expect that to change.
