I had opened a mod lounge thread about it but didn't PM. That usually does the trick, but no moderator or admin(DJ) has opened the thread I made. (which lately is not uncommon unfortunately)
I sent DJ a PM just now. I know he logs in often... but I can't make a promise on when it will get resolved. I'm trying.
