Carter is definitely a starter next year, unless he just proves not up to it. That's three of the back four set, and really six of the front seven. (Someone might step up at DE, but I doubt it.) Draft a rusher opposite Ware, or get something out of Butler, and then upgrade the secondary. Please, please, please find a playmaking safety.
