I know everyone is preaching patience with young josh - the athleticism is there - feel for the game seems decent. Just going to need some dedicated minutes to help him develop. I'd love for him to get maybe 4-5 continuous minutes/half with the 2nd unit or about 10/game with more if he plays well.

Unfortunately, he's probably on the wrong team to get consistent minutes in his rookie season. Carlisle is notoriously averse to playing rookies.
