Greatest European is in the bag.

Great foreign player is difficult to define. If Hakeem counts, Dirk isn't touching him I don't think.

If it's greatest foreign born that didn't attend an American college...you probably have a discussion there, I think.

If he wins a title, he will be in a lot of conversations as top 5 PF of all time, I think.
