Ruffin is a good defender, solid shotblocker, and good rebounder. If Nellie was coaching, I would say don't waste your time. With Avery, he might have more of a shot at getting minutes. The guy is a warrior though. Despite being a little undersized, he isn't afarid to throw his body around on guys like Shaq.
