Blatant. The whistle had already been blown, ball was already out of his hands, and most importantly, there was follow through. If he didnt have a history of cheap shots, then maybe not a suspension. But he does. And Jones was suspended for less, so I think he deserves his one game suspension.
Not to mention his explanation was the ramblings of someone that was caught and trying to explain himself out of the situation. So obvious he was full of shit.
