A few more stats that vinnie/reeds really don't want to acknowledge..

Unemployment rate among African-Americans = 10.8.
Unemployment rate among Latinos = 8.3.

On the other hand, there’s this:

January 2005:

Unemployment rate among African-Americans = 10.6.
Unemployment rate among Latinos = 6.1.
