This was the one matchup most of us wanted Dallas to avoid.
They simply haven't been able to beat Phoenix mainly in clutch situations because Chris Paul and Devin Booker both kill the Mavs with that midrange game.
Paul doesn't take bad shots and Luka is still learning so this could get ugly in those late 4th qtr's.
Also is anyone else worried that Ayton unlike Gobert is going to punish the Mavs inside if they go small
Powell somehow has to contribute something in the playoffs. It's been like 2-3 straight series where he's been played off the floor because he doesn't rebound well enough and those lob plays become tougher to execute in post season play.
Great series win by Dallas though because their defense for the most part was awesome.
