while Big Bill was not totally "done" I'd say the way this team fell apart on him down the strech two years in a row would certianly have him close to the coffin of NFL coaching...
I'd like to see a younger guy...with offensive genius...and a willingness to adapt to the players around him....hummm...sound like anyone we know?
