McGwire admitted to it, and was found with that cream in his locker. Giambi admitted to it. Bonds is tied up with Balco, and they have admitted to it, as well as his ex-??? testifying that she saw him use it.
They could deny all of them under the same ruling that Rose is under, if they want to. The "detriment to the game" rule.
I'll bet they don't though.
