The US might actually still be a British colony if it weren't for British money filtered through the French to the US though. LOL.
History is what is learned by future generations, not necessarily Truth.
Then again, maybe the US is only a nation due to the French. I wasn't there, so what I read becomes the truth I know - not necessarily the TRUTH.
