People in WY might live in personal freedom, because there is nearly nowone to get on their nerves.

As for what is being told, Utah should have claimed a rank on the unfree list, because the Morons tell you not to bone your wife in a way god does not approve. Such as Colorado as a state where you can hang without trouble should be ranked as free.
