But it automatically tosses all manner of legal muscle into forcing people to testify under oath by rules of discovery. Pretty stupid on their part. They should have scurried away from the light and reformed as another group like all the other organizations do. Given our national attention span, they could be back up vacuuming USDA swag by New Years Day under a name like Tulip Bulb or Pine Cone.
This won't end well for them.
