Lets just say I'm a happy camper now that he's gone and it was for the better IMO.

He might be a better coach than Kidd but when half your roster doesn't want to play for you or aren't motivated to play for you than it was just time to go.

But I've felt that way with RC for the last 3-4 years that players just weren't fully engaged with him anymore.
