Guess the senate isn't quite as upset about this as you are mcsluggo, 60-28....wonder what they were waiting on, must not be too controversial...or maybe that vacation sounds good?

But kudos to the congress for getting this done before they go on vacation. Should have already been done but they must not have wanted to go on their vacation without doing this for some reason?
