Nevermind, I got it. This is the same tired talk of people needing to "come to their senses" that we've heard for years. And yet, Sling dropped them years ago and never came back. Had nothing to do with Covid. And Hulu and Youtube are big enough to where they don't need it. Enough providers have dropped them that the onus is squarely on Sinclair for being unreasonable about pricing.

Why would these providers lock themselves into a ridiculous contract when Covid could still shut sports down at any moment? Hulu dropping them in late October means the knew the NBA was restarting soon.

But this is certainly a back track from the "plenty of options" nonsense we heard a couple days ago.
