Apparently they were working on Wayne Redden all day, but it didn't happen. The Rangers gave him too many years and too many millions for the Stars taste.

They're worried about replacing Zubov. A legit concern. I don't know who's contracts expire next year, but it's a hurdle that needs facing. Visnovsky and Campbell got locked up...we're going to need a veteran offensive guy to go with the kids in the next 1 to 2 years.

Still...for next year, we need to be worrying about goal scoring and winning a cup, not the "future"

We missed out there. The goals will have to come from within the system again.
