...only if Green's been playing 40 a night. That's one of our bright spots up to this point, sure Dirk has been up there, and kidd has been bringing his game, but Green has certainly been a nice surprise. His outside shooting combined with his ability to create for himself is a dimension the Mavs haven't had since Finley. When Howard returns, Green has to start. He can get out and run the break along side Kidd, slash to the bucket, hit the open bomb.
Then again, if you consider Kobe the spark of the Lakers, then certainly, I can see how Dirk hasn't really stepped up night in and night out.
