What's wrong with playing Butler and Marion to start, just take both out at the 6 minute mark, get them refreshed again, bring them into start the 2nd quarter, thus giving Kidd and Dirk a blow at that time. Kidd actually you'd run out there for the first 9, rest him until the last 6 of the 2nd. Isn't RC paid to figure all this out.
