I was in 5th grade when the first came out I believe, so I've always read them. Honestly I don't think any book series ever has gotten kids excited for a books launch. The world is going to go into a frenzy the days before 7 comes out.
Oh and if she kills Harry, Ron, or Hermione like she has hinted at I'm not sure what people would do. I wouldnt be suprised if she got death threats and other radical crap like that over it.

To kill Hermoine or Ron, would be needlessly cruel, and piss me off. (Though lord knows, she's killed before....)
