The other deal I've seen (new article on ESPN Insider today) is a Hinrich + Tyrus Thomas + pick for Bosh. I think the Houston deal is better, especially if they include Landry instead of Scola.

You dont trade Bosh right now for SUCH things.
I don't get it?

Why would a team sign and trade for Bosh this summer when they could just sign Bosh instead, without giving up anything? The Raptors should take anything (reasonable) that comes to them, because they will end of with nothing this summer.

You give them Scola, and he can still help them out this year. Plus, Scola adds to that "International Team" that they are building in Toronto. Then, Battier or Ariza. Battier would be that defensive specialist that Toronto needs. Ariza the same way, just younger. Then, Cook will be the expiring contract crap throw in, that will help Toronto financially. Lastly, that first round pick for more talent. I would throw in Lowry to the Scola/Battier/Cook/Pick deal, too (if needed).

Also, even with Toronto winning a little more now, I think Bosh would still want to leave. That Toronto team is stuck in mediocrity. They don't really have a strong young core, plus they have to go against the Celtics, Magic, and Cavs.

All just speculation, but it is interesting.
