I think either brings something we don't have at that position. Bosh will help us spread the floor allowing slashers and penetraters better access to lanes. Boozer is a low post grinder, great for the playoffs in half court games, banging down low. The great thing about either of them it will help us relieve some of the offensive burden from jet and Dirk. Bosh is great with out the ball, finding open spots. Boozer is great with the ball back to the basket.
