A few months back I read Dallas was interested in Bey.

He started the season slow and the article mentioned something about the Pistons having too many young wings.

Pistons? Bold Trade Asking Price For Saddiq Bey

Another name to keep an eye on is Saddiq Bey. The third-year forward out of Villanova has had an inconsistent role this season and is someone that Detroit could be open to moving. However, according to Jake Fischer of Yahoo! Sports, the asking price is very high.

The Pistons are seeking an unprotected first-round pick in exchange for Bey, which is an asking price not many teams are going to be willing to meet. Their interest in trading him could be money-based as Bey is eligible for his rookie extension this upcoming season. If Detroit no longer sees him as part of their long-term plan, getting some value in exchange for him ahead of the deadline would make sense.
