Once Chris Cohan took over the Warriors in 1994, the team has never been the same. He threatened a lawsuit to take control of the Warriors. At the time the Warriors were actually recovering from the Parish-McHale trade, picking up Hardaway-Richmond and Mullin in drafts, the former Milwaukee ownership decided to buy the Warriors, hire Nellie as the coach and boom , the franchise took off...until Cohan took full control, who bought 25 percent in 1991.
